I am learning to forget the circumstances responsible for our lost love that fill my heart with all the pain in the world when you left me all alone for someone better. I am still fighting the pain of our lost love and the disappointment that haunts me in the middle of my sleep. I am learning to accept the loneliness that fills my eyes with tears and sadness all around.

I have accepted the fact that we were meant to be with each other for lessons to be learned. We truly loved each other you were once the heart of my heart and the soul of my soul totally lost into each other. We walked together holding each other’s hand inventing new pages of life that now doesn’t exist. We shared very small piece of life together and those moments were very special and the memories of those moments still ring like a bell in my heart.

The bitter truth of our broken relationship still resides in my heart. There is no doubt we spent some wonderful moments together which I cannot forget. But our relationship was suppose to be a failure, there was something missing which I still cannot find out what it was.

I try to reach out to you in my dreams, desperate to see you waiting to hold my hands. I keep thinking if I could just see you. I can’t stop myself from thinking of you and our lost love. You are my lost love you are something I can never replace. Ever since, you are gone I have never felt like home.

There’s something about you that I want with me all the times. There was once a time when you fill me with stories of your life, family and future plans. I remember how you once said that my kindness and the touch of love reminded you of your mom. Even after all these years I can feel the warmth of your lip on my lip.

Someone once said to me that lost love is like mystery which follows people who have lots of hope buried inside their heart. The only time I feel happy is talking to myself, as the stars light up my bedroom.

We must learn to accept that a lost love is hard to get back again. No one can forget true love time may heal the pain in your broken heart, but you cannot erase the person from your memory, the presence of lost love cannot be denied. It leaves a permanent scar which can never be ignored or erased. Its sting and misery will always be felt from time to time, no matter how many years have passed.

Lost love sets you an example that love has no space for evil and hatred. Lost love teaches you the true meaning of love and makes you more caring. Even if the other one has found someone new, lost love teaches you to pray for the lover you have lost, even though you know you cannot be with them. Lost love has its own gratitude, the person that you became after a heart break. It opens your heart to whole new world and remember one thing just because it didn’t last doesn’t mean it was not real.
