Everyday around us you see people fall in love and fall apart. It is a continuous chain in the universe which cannot be changed. When your heart breaks the one you still love leaves you forever and it really hurts. It is the worst feeling in the world to see the one you still love is in love with someone else. Someone who has experienced the feeling of being left alone can understand how it feel. To get over someone you still love is not at all easy, it takes time but, it is not impossible. Mending a broken heart is a rigid task but, if you get the right kind of medicine and direction to get over someone you still love, than you will be happy again like before.

It is totally acceptable to feel lonely and sad about whatever happened in your life as it was not in your hands sometimes it is better to let go things as the circumstances are not under your control at that point of time. It is totally understandable to feel sad and cry after a breakup. Since, you have given so much time and love into your ex, it is natural you will go through the pain and agony. There will be time when you want to be left alone and do not want to be disturbed. However, it will be a good idea to share your feelings with your friends and family which will help you to release some of the tension and sadness. It’s good to concentrate on new things which would help you get relaxed and gain some strength so that you can regain your happiness again.

It is very important to accept the fact that you and your ex are no longer together. You need to try and forget about the past slowly and stop your mind from constantly thinking about your ex for a chance to meet up and solve things which is not a solution. Remember the one who loves you will never leave you, forcing a relationship does not work. It might work for certain period of time, but in longer run you will only regret and again you will be left alone with a broken heart,  so better stop thinking about it. Also, in the initial period of breakup try to spend more time with friends and family. This will help your emotions to slow down and get you back to normal again.

Try to feel positive and avoid negative thoughts that make you feel of being responsible for the breakup, it was not your fault alone, better try and avoid such negative thoughts, remember relationship ends when both the partners are incapable of handling. One partner only cannot be held responsible. Think of the good memories that you shared together and analyse the negative thoughts that were the cause for the breakup. Take it as a learning experience and give yourself a chance to come out of it. Learn from the mistakes of your past and make a commitment to yourself not to repeat them again.

Moral – Life is beautiful it is all about how we approach towards life. You will always reap what you sow, in any relationship if you try and kill your ego, than nothing can stop you from having a beautiful loving home and paradise. It all starts with small issues and ego, if your ego is bigger than love you can never handle any relationship. Learn to heal not to break, relationships work with mutual understanding we are all humans we all make mistakes, but if we learn to forgive than we can make this world a better place to live.
