And the most tormenting part is reading the same thing again and again in different blogs and magazines "find your passion in life and follow your dreams".
But to be honest very rarely you will find any article that inspires and guides you and shows you how to find your passion in life.
What I want to justify here is surely you and me, we all want to follow our passion and live our dream life.
But do you even know what your passion is? What is the purpose of your life and what you actually want from life.
Unless you know the right way to finding your passion, it's impossible to follow it - Right?
If I am not wrong you have landed on this page, because you're sort of person who takes pride in work, who works with perseverance and honesty.
But even after working with so much commitment, you're confused why you're not getting the desired results.
The point is even though you're hard working person, but you're doing something that you actually don't feel like doing.
You don't feel passion in that. If this is your situation and even if it's not don't worry by the end of this article you will have a clear vision about your life.
You will be able to discover "What Actually Makes You Tick And Get Going".
I request you to read this article till the end as it will seriously guide you to discover your true calling and passion in life and help you walk on the right path.
#1. What You Loved Doing When You Were a Little Kid
Imagine your favorite song, the song that makes your heart sing with complete joy.
Maybe you love the music or the emotions that you feel while listening to it. Probably it’s a song that you can’t help but get up and dance to?
Maybe it’s a song that evokes strong emotions and has powerful meaning or memories in your life.
You absolutely love this song. You’re completely in tune with the song and the song is completely in tune with you. It’s a song that leaves you feeling really, really good.
Now imagine your passion in life that is just like your song.
Your passion fills your heart with joy. You absolutely love your passion. Your passion makes you get up and dance with joy and excitement.
Your passion makes your life meaningful, purposeful and emotional. Your passion is helping to live the life of your dreams. And it’s a life that feels wildly wonderful!
Tell me how it feels? Wonderful isn't it? - This lines were just to set the right tone and environment for this post. Now let's move ahead.
#2. Keep Positive And Right Mindset
If you're someone who always look for negative in anything and everything than that's what will reflect in your appearance and action.
For instance - Suppose you don't like eating vegetables even when you know that veg food is much healthier than eating Non veg food, still your mind is not ready to accept it. Why?
It's because of your mindset and perspective, you have a strong and negative opinion ingrained in your mind "I just hate vegetables".
Due to which you won’t explore it with due time or attention, and it’s unlikely you’ll ever love and enjoy eating vegetables.
If you seriously want to know the secret behind finding your passion, fulfill your dreams and purpose, you need to change your rigid mindset and perspective to positive.
By doing this you will unblock and explore the hidden possibilities what can happen in your life and this little nudges, pulls, and signals will guide you to discover your true passion in life.
#3. Brainstorm And Ask Yourself What Your passion is And What You Want From Life
Brainstorming is one of the best ways to discover your passion and find out what you really want from life.
"The question of ages" probably we all have asked it many times, there are so many good things in life that you want to do and you have so little time in your hands.
The best way is to recall and make a list of all the good things that you love doing and ask yourself do you find pleasure in doing them.
More importantly will that thing serve the purpose of your life, meaning will it give you the life you always wanted? Will it fulfill your dreams.?
I am asking you to do this because it's important to distinguish and choose you passion wisely.
If your passion don't make you money it makes no sense and if you don't make money with what you love it cannot be your passion that's what I believe. I will prove it right here.
Say for instance you're someone who love playing guitar and that's the only thing you love doing and you started teaching people who love playing guitar by taking classes.
Tell me what will happen if you're just not getting enough students, you will show patience for sometime maybe a year or two.
But with time you will start losing your interest in playing guitar which is your passion. Correct me if I am wrong?
This was just an simple example, I am not saying by any means that teaching how to play guitar is not a good profession and passion to have.
The point is understand clearly what your passion is and move ahead only if you're truly an expert in that and you're sure of not losing interest in it even in stressful times...I hope you got the point.
#4. Quit If It's Not working
Now this is crucial, so read it carefully I hope you remember the guitar classes example I illustrated above.
I quoted it's important to make money with your passion.
Also, quit within time if it's not making you money and if you delay you will only end up losing your precious time.
For instances I have seen many individuals who do not find passion in their current job.
And try to seek different opportunities to change their dreadful situation with false hopes.
What they forget is in real world you cannot achieve or manifest your dreams with hopes.
You have to brainstorm tactfully and discover the right way to find out what else and better can be done to change your current situation and live your dream life.
Even before you do that quit what you're doing whether it's your job or anything for that matter because that's the first step.
Important Note: But quit only when you're 200 percent certain in your mind that whatever you're doing is right or else everything will turn upside down.
Trust me you won’t learn to figure out your ideal passion and career by merely sitting around and thinking about it.
If the current situation is not serving your cause, you need to quit and find something else.
#5. Treat Money As Secondary
This is a bit controversial because you must be wondering just in the above paragraph I talked about quitting something that's not making you money - Right?
I will explain my point below.
I am asking you to treat money as secondary because when you try to look and work only for money you tend to ignore and forget your goals instead of working on the startup which just don't make any sense.
Of course making money is significant, but first things first as running after money can make you thoughtless and blind and may even kill your passion.
So, if you’re looking to spend your life doing what you love don't limit your self to just making money out of it.
In the process you will lose your interest if things don't unfold the way you want and life will be tough.
On the other hand, if you let yourself to pursue your curiosity, you will make yourself stand in the position of authority and power and ultimately you will make more money on your terms and conditions.
I hope now it's clear to you.
#6. What Motivates You To Get Going
What motivates me? What motivates you?
It's an difficult question to answer and if it would have been so easy to answer than no one would have struggled in the world everyone would have been a millionaire.
But that's not how it is, you have to find out for yourself.
There's not one thing that can make everyone feel happy, but selecting one out of all may be the toughest part.
This is where you have to be smart, meaning whatever it is that motivates you, ask yourself will it help you to find your passion, will it help you to lead a joyful life.
You must be wondering why I am repeating the same thing again and again.
It's because I really want you to discover your passion and discover it wisely so that all the effort and commitment that you will put into it will not go in vain.
It will be fruitful and you won't have to think about changing your career again.
Believe me or not change is hard to accept and even harder when you're trying to change you career again to find success.
It's like holding a lamp in your hand and trying to search a lost pin in a dark room, don't let it happen to you, better choose your passion and goals wisely.
#7. Practice More And Complain Less
Professionalism is something that cannot be inherited by birth, but can be acquired by sincere and continuous practice.....By Manish Yadav
What do you understand from the above phrase - Many people have habit of complaining again and again.
To be honest there's no harm in complaining but not every time.
Many people find their passion, but they fail to stick to it, they start complaining and eventually lose hope.
Being passionate doesn't mean that success will come easy "No, Never", you still have to earn it and do all the hard work that is required.
The only thing is when you're passionate about something, the path will be little easier and you won't get disheartened easily and you will continue with the effort even when you don't achieve success.
On the other hand when you lack passion in something, you tend to get frustrated and lose hope easily.
What I want to say is dig deep before you quit, try to get very good in what you do and you will make money at it. Practice for hours on end.
If it’s something you love, the practice should be something you want to do without complaining.
#8. Express More of Who You Are
It doesn’t feel good when you’re not being true to yourself does it?
Express more of who you are and what you’re about. Follow your heart. Explore your passions. Say yes to yourself more often.
Quite simply, make choices that feel good to you, choices that express your deepest truth and most authentic being.
When you do, you’ll feel your own vibrations increase naturally and effortlessly. And that’s where the magic really happens.
When you began your journey into this world, you were born raring to go.
You knew you had an important mission and destiny to fulfill, and even at this moment, you can feel that mission in your heart, where it resides as a constant reminder of who you truly are.
When you were young, the world offered endless possibilities. You dared to dream and to dream big.
There wasn’t anything that you couldn’t do, have or become and you found it easy to be yourself.
To compliment this let me share with you the inspiring story of a Girl I read in Manifestation Miracle which is the book I bought and it actually changed my life and I am really happy with my purchase and this blog is the outcome of buying that book- You can check it out here if you're curious too to change your life just like I was.

After some deep soul-searching, Niyati broke with expectation and decided to return to her passion, which is playing the piano
You can imagine the look on her parents face when she told them. Yet Niyati had the courage to move forward in the direction that felt true to her heart.
She was so inspired by her own transformation that she now also coaches others on passionate living and well-being, a practice which beautifully integrates her skills and background as a physician. At the same time, she continues to play the piano professionally
